Great food. Service could be a tad better by having extra help for faster customer needs.

This was a very nice surprise. Small and colorful design with attentive customer service. The margaritas were good and the food was plenty and none of us were disappointed. It was a late afternoon Saturday meal and not at all busy. Will definitely be returning.

The Food was so good. We stopped in twice during our visit to Ohio. The staff was good but i think a few more servers are needed during busy times.

Service was poor and upon arriving we were walked the entire parameter of the restaurant to be seated because there was a bunch of young teenagers all sprawled out with their legs in the aisles preventing traffic flow. I don't think having your friends or family hangout in your place of business is a good idea since they seemed way too comfortable to be paying customers. I mean we're talking like 8 people here the least that you could do is to go back in a corner somewhere and not take up the entire entry and not ask customers to move when they're trying to pay their bill.

Had a fantastic meal at Lupitas yesterday. Scrumptious shrimp fajitas, along with refried beans, rice, and guacamole salad. The margaritas were excellent, too. The place has been redecorated, and is nicely festive!

I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant!! If there were more stars I would give them!! The staff is AMAZING. The food is authentic. I am from N. M.and know good mexican food. It's SO GOOD!!!! Plenty of it and fast!!!!! Highly recommend you go to this EXCELLENT RESTAURANT!!!

It was decent. Good meal. Flavors were ok at best. Service was mediocre as well. Three stars.....it was just ok. Nothing to write home about.

They aren't answering the phone...and orders are taking forever. Need a better system in place. Then didn't get everything that I was supposed to...and it was cold

Excellant service and food

Good food but the service was slow. It was a busy night when we were there but even so I still had to get up to get napkins because the server never brought any. We had fajitas and the molé and both tasted good; not too spicy but well flavored. I would eat there again next time we're in Oberlin.

The service was very good they're doing a good job of social distance. the food was very good and quick. Great selection of beer.

It just isn’t good. I have eaten here a lot. Carry out orders are always wrong even when I order in Spanish. The salsa is worse than Walmart brand jars of salsa. Attention to the ripeness of tomatoes served is non existent. I want to like it, but it just isn’t good. You can do better at home, and should.

They have the best food.. I absolutely love their tamales, enchiladas even just a plain taco here is really tasty.. honestly everything we've had so far has been great! Definitely recommend to everyone!

Just plain bad. Third time is a charm, not one good meal out of three. Sorry lupitas we will not be back.

Nice decor inside. Pretty good service. Prices are very reasonable. I had the California burrito and it had some good quality meat(steak) inside, which is better than average on that factor. The salsa and chips are better than average, too.

Got the Ohio Special. Food was outstanding. Prices are low and portions are big. Staff was friendly. It's a small place but definitely one of the best Mexican restaurants in the county.

Always good food we get to go all the time had a few mix ups in the past but I check to make sure it is right now!! They are generous with their amazing salsa and chips I always ask for extra and they give it to us for our take out orders!! The seafood burritos are amazing and so are the fiesta taco salads (chicken) Mexican pizzas are awesome too!! I love the decor in the place too!

We come to this place quit a few times and we like the place, but this last time we came in, we were seated and was given our menus and we was forgotten. we sat there for a five minutes and no one showed up. we would get the chip and sauce right off the bat but none came to give us that. a few more minutes after that a couple came in, they were seated, given menus, then given chips and sauce, then got there menu order. we still sat there waiting. a few more minutes went by and another couple came in. the same happen and no one still didn't even came by our table. so we got up and started to leave, 2 waitresses walked by us and didn't look or say anything so we left. We do like the place but didn't like how we got treated this last time. and the place wasn't that busy at that time.

Good food ,horrible service. Kept forgetting what we asked for. Took forever to bring our stuff. Couldn’t understand what wanted. Disappointed
